“Hallelujah” becomes a two-week #1 on Billboard’s Hot Christian Songs Chart

“Hallelujah”, the duet released by Carrie Underwood & John Legend on Carrie’s debut Christmas album My Gift continued to dominate the charts throughout the holiday season. “Hallelujah” was co-written by John Legend with one77 writer Toby Gad. The magical song landed at #1 on Billboard’s Hot Christian Songs chart for two weeks in a row at the end of December. It also peaked at #3 on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart, Billboard’s Adult Contemporary chart, and the Mediabase Adult Contemporary Airplay chart. Rounding out the chart success is Billboard’s Hot 100, where “Hallelujah” landed at #54.
